Yesterday I learnt how to do the long tail cast on using two different methods one from a video that will be listed below.
The long tail cast on is essential for the pattern I need to do so it was important that I came back to this method otherwise I would be left to try and figure out what I needed to do when it came to the actual knitting of my cardigan.
The next thing I did was knit another swatch this time using the purl stitch which looks a bit different from the previous swatch. Purl knitting and Garter stitch are both essential for the pattern I am trying to knit so those I NEED to master.
